Requirements

1. Parents or Guardians – attend the compulsory Orientation for New Parents. Please contact 0917-726-5857 for the upcoming dates of orientation.
2. Students – Take the admission or assessment test. The assessment is done every afternoon at 2:00 PM.
3. Get the Admission Test Results. (3 days after the assessment)
4. Full payment of the textbooks and registration fees.
5. Register through the Online Enrollment Form. The Official Receipt Number of the registration fee payment will be required. Note: All enrollment will be online. If you need assistance, you may go to the Marywoods Academy admin office, where someone can assist you in completing your online enrollment.
6. The deadline for enrollment is July 19, 2024. Late enrollment will be accepted only if slots are still available.

• If you have paid the Textbooks, Registration Fee, and Downpayment, you may proceed to the Online Enrollment Form. The Official Receipt Number of the registration fee payment will be required when you click the button below. For NEW STUDENTS, please click the blue button. For STUDENTS ENROLLED LAST SY 2023 – 2024, please click the yellow button.

Payment of Annual Tuition Fee

1. Full payment is the standard form of payment. However, parents may opt to pay in full or by installment.
2. For installment mode, the Annual Tuition Fee amount is divided into 10 months. The first monthly payment serves as a downpayment to be paid upon enrollment. Thus, monthly payments of the Tuition Fee will start from August 2024 and end by May 2025.

Modes of Payment

1. Payments can be made over the counter in school or through bank transfers to the Marywoods Academy bank account. For online payments, the photo of the validated deposit slips or proof of payment (POP) should be emailed to admin@marywoods.academy. Upon receipt of the POP and confirmation with our bank for the successful transfer, the official receipt will be issued.
2. Over-the-counter payment in school will be accepted during office hours: 8:30 AM to 12:NN, and 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

Requirements for Enrollment Online

Note: Before proceeding with the enrollment, please prepare the following, including the photos, because you will be asked to upload them in the form.

1. Official Receipt Number of the payment of Registration Fee
2. Photo Report Card or Form 137 from your previous school
3. Photo Birth Certificate of the student (NSO Issued)
4. A 2 x 2 ID photo of the student is to be used for the school ID. This will be uploaded as an attachment to the online registration form.

Note for parents enrolled during SY 2023 – 2024: You may contact the school Admin office for assistance with your child’s birth certificate and other requirements.

Dates

• July 19, 2024 – Deadline for enrollment. Late enrollment will be accepted if there are still slots available.
• August 2, 2024 – Orientation of Parents. Meeting with the Class Adviser. Distribution of Textbooks
